When can we expect to receive our mix or master?
This is always subject to booking availability. This is also dependent on your specific project needs, deadlines, etc. For example, the turnaround time on a single song vs. a 10-12 song album, would be much quicker. I do my best to make sure you receive your project in a timely fashion. Once I begin (your booking date/s), I'll keep you updated as the mix or master progresses. Do you need a mix ASAP? I can help you with that as well! Please contact me to discuss further!
What is a mix-walkthrough template?
These templates/sessions are an insightful look into a full production. I take you behind-the-scenes of what goes into a professional mix and show you how the end result is achieved. You'll see all of the processing from start-to-finish. Logic users only need to download the project file, and demos of the 3rd-party plugins used in the mix. There will be an included video and multitrack files for non-Logic users. These are a great way to gain general knowledge and increase the quality of your own productions. (Coming soon)
What is a songwriting template?
Our songwriting templates are designed to help you achieve a commercially polished sound from the start. The templates are pre-balanced, routed, and processed for you. All you need to do is drop your existing tracks into place and you're ready to go! If you're ready to record, you'll have mix input-ready processing for your new ideas! All of the hard work is done for you so you can focus on your art. Everything is mixed using 100% free or stock plugins. (Coming soon)
Do you offer custom products or services?
Yes! We offer custom sample packs and templates for Logic Pro X. Please contact spectralfireaudio@fastmail.com to discuss your ideas.
What is the turnaround time for custom works?
Since each service is unique to your project or vision, allow up to 2 weeks (from date-of-purchase) to receive your items. If you need something created ASAP, I can also help you with that too! Contact me for more information.
Do you create templates for other DAWs?
As Logic is the only DAW that I've ever really used, I never branched out to the other programs available. Everything I create is using Logic Pro X. I can create items for Logic Pro 9 as well.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Due to the nature of Spectral Fire Audio, LLC products (non-tangible digital goods), there is nothing "returnable" therefore there are no refunds or exchanges after purchase.
